How to submit an abstract:
All interested participants please submit your abstract (200-350 words) by email to: ssh.mdphd.2009@gmail.com. Please include your full contact information, department and university affiliation, and level in graduate program.
Deadline: December 31st 2008

Can I participate without submitting an abstract?
Absolutely. If you would like to attend this conference, please send an email to ssh.mdphd.2009@gmail.com .
Include
1) Your PhD discipline
2) Your institution
3) A brief description of your research interests (3-5 sentences) - so that we can form appropriate interdisciplinary break-out sessions.
4) How to contact you.

Everyone will participate in break-out sessions. If you need proof of being accepted to the conference so that you can apply for registration and travel funds from your home institution, please let us know, we will gladly provide a letter of acceptance. The registration fee for this conference will be $60.
